                      Malcolm:
yo man wanna buy some drugs?
                       Rick:
                       Yeah man
                       Malcolm:
                      that will be hundred dollars
As Rick pulls out the money the dealer starts to become more nervous, then he starts to mess with his pockets
                       Rick:

                       Malcolm:
                      shut up and hurry up
Malcolm then pulls out a gun. Rick stands there in shock, then for no reason at all Malcolm shoots Rick. As Rick falls to the ground there is a silence in the air. Then from the gun shot people from all around run in panic as Malcolm starts to fire his gun in the air as people are running, The police arrive the policeand ask Malcolm to put down the gun but Malcolm keeps firing the gun in the air and screaming his head off.  The police keep asking him to put his gun down but he keeps firing. The police ask him one last time but Malcolm just keeps shooting the gun in the air. The police just open fire and Malcolm falls to the ground with blood pouring out of his body. One of the police officers shoots him in the head killing him. Within seconds after everything that has just happened Denzel just stands there in horror and puts his hands on his face with a tear running down his face and walks off with his face in horror thinking about what he just saw and thinking how he could have stopped it. He gets home and has a strong coffee and has something to eat then he goes to bed hoping tomorrow will be a fresh start.

                        Denzel:

Denzel walks off with a smile on his face.
Int.3 Jack Howard's house

                         Jack:
                        can i help you?
                         Denzel:
I am here on some business for Wayne
Jack panics and slams the front door shut. Denzel quickly kicks the front door open chasing Jack into the bedroom. Jack runs to the chest of drawers trying to find his gun but Denzel quickly comes running in jumping on Jacks back making him fall to the floor. As they keep struggling Jack reaches for a lamp and whacks Denzel around the head with it. Jack then quickly runs to get the gun Denzel quickly gets up and rugby tackles him to the ground. As they fight a gun shot goes off and Jacks falls to the ground as a round went off a bullet went into Jacks head
                          Denzel:
                          Shit
Denzel looks at the body for a while then he picks up the body and drags it down the lift and put the body inside the truck of his car Denzel then drives to a bridge and dumps the body in a bag and throws it into a river.
                 Denzel:
Better call Wayne tell him what happened
Denzel calls Wayne
                       Wayne:
                        yo man what up?
                        Denzel:
Its done I ended up killing him

Censorship

Censorship is the suppression of speech or other public communication which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the general body of people as determined by a government, media outlet, or other controlling body

Copyright

Copyright is a legal concept, enacted by most governments, giving the creator of an original work exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time. Generally, it is "the right to copy", but also gives the copyright holder the right to be credited for the work, to determine who may adapt the work to other forms, who may perform the work, who may financially benefit from it, and other, related rights. It is an intellectual property form (like the patent, the trademark, and the trade secret) applicable to any expressible form of an idea or information that is substantive and discrete.
Copyright initially was conceived as a way for government to restrict printing; the contemporary intent of copyright is to promote the creation of new works by giving authors control of and profit from them. Copyrights have been internationally standardized, lasting between fifty to a hundred years from the creator's death, or a finite period for anonymous or corporate creations; some jurisdictions have required formalities to establishing copyright, most recognize copyright in any completed work, without formal registration. Generally, copyright is enforced as a civil matter, though some jurisdictions do apply criminal sanctions.
Most jurisdictions recognize copyright limitations, allowing "fair" exceptions to the creator's exclusivity of copyright, and giving users certain rights. The development of digital media and computer network technologies have prompted reinterpretation of these exceptions, introduced new difficulties in enforcing copyright, and inspired additional challenges to copyright law's philosophic basis. Simultaneously, businesses with great economic dependence upon copyright have advocated the extension and expansion of their copy rights, and sought additional legal and technological enforcement

Job interview DOs and DON'Ts

Interview DOs
Dress appropriately for the industry; err on the side of being conservative to show you take the interview seriously. Your personal grooming and cleanliness should be impeccable.

Know the exact time and location of your interview; know how long it takes to get there, park, find a rest room to freshen up, etc.

Arrive early; 10 minutes prior to the interview start time.

Treat other people you encounter with courtesy and respect. Their opinions of you might be solicited during hiring decisions.

Listen to be sure you understand your interviewer's name and the correct pronunciation.

Even when your interviewer gives you a first and last name, address your interviewer by title (Ms., Mr., Dr.) and last name, until invited to do otherwise.

Maintain good eye contact during the interview.

Sit still in your seat; avoid fidgeting and slouching

Respond to questions and back up your statements about yourself with specific examples whenever possible.

Ask for clarification if you don't understand a question.

Be thorough in your responses, while being concise in your wording.

Be honest and be yourself — your best professional self.  Dishonesty gets discovered and is grounds for withdrawing job offers and for firing. You want a good match between yourself and your employer. If you get hired by acting like someone other than yourself, you and your employer will both be unhappy.

Treat the interview seriously and as though you are truly interested in the employer and the opportunity presented

Exhibit a positive attitude. The interviewer is evaluating you as a potential co-worker. Behave like someone you would want to work with.

Have intelligent questions prepared to ask the interviewer. Having done your research about the employer in advance, ask questions which you did not find answered in your research.

Evaluate the interviewer and the organization s/he represents. An interview is a two-way street. Conduct yourself cordially and respectfully, while thinking critically about the way you are treated and the values and priorities of the organization.

Do expect to be treated appropriately. If you believe you were treated inappropriately or asked questions that were inappropriate or made you uncomfortable, discuss this with a Career Services advisor or the director

Make sure you understand the employer's next step in the hiring process; know when and from whom you should expect to hear next. Know what action you are expected to take next, if any

After the interview, make notes right away so you don't forget critical details

Write a thank-you letter to your interviewer promptly

Interview DON'Ts

Don't make excuses. Take responsibility for your decisions and your actions

Don't make negative comments about previous employers or professors (or others).

Don't falsify application materials or answers to interview questions

Don't treat the interview casually, as if you are just shopping around or doing the interview for practice. This is an insult to the interviewer and to the organization

Don't give the impression that you are only interested in an organization because of its geographic location

Don't give the impression you are only interested in salary; don't ask about salary and benefits issues until the subject is brought up by your interviewer

Don't act as though you would take any job or are desperate for employment

Don't make the interviewer guess what type of work you are interested in; it is not the interviewer's job to act as a career advisor to you

Don't be unprepared for typical interview questions. You may not be asked all of them in every interview, but being unprepared looks foolish

A job search can be hard work and involve frustrations; don't exhibit frustrations or a negative attitude in an interview

Don't go to extremes with your posture; don't slouch, and don't sit rigidly on the edge of your chair

Don't assume that a female interviewer is "Mrs." or "Miss." Address her as "Ms." unless told otherwise. (If she has a Ph.D. or other doctoral degree or medical degree, use "Dr. [lastname]" just as you would with a male interviewer. Marital status of anyone, male or female, is irrelevant to the purpose of the interview

Don't chew gum or smell like smoke

Don't allow your cell phone to sound during the interview. (If it does, apologize quickly and ignore it.) Don't take a cell phone call. Don't look at a text message.

Tha carter 3 review

Tha Carter 3 is the 7th studio album by the best rapper alive Lil Wayne. Tha Carter 3 won the Grammy for best rap album in 2008 in which Lil Wayne really did deserve. The first single released from the album was the smash hit Lollipop. It reached number one in the USA and had success in other countries as well. Lollipop is an amazing song by Lil Wayne as it showed a different side to his rapping technique. It is also the first time Lil Wayne uses the voice box which is perfect for the song. The 2nd single that was released was A Milli A Milli is another amazing song from the album and classed as one of Lil Wayne’s best songs beat wise and lyrics wise. The song received loads of awards. Blender magazine ranked the song the number 1 song of 2008. Rolling Stone magazine named the song the 63rd best song of the 2000 decade. The Time critic Josh Tyrangiel named the song the 4th best song of 2008. The song was also ranked as the number one song of 2008 in the MTV news Bigger Than Sound Poll. The song is just amazing and any Weezy fan will love it. The 3rd single released was Got Money and is another great song from the album. Lil Wayne again uses the voice box along with T Pain to create a great song that is full of laughter a load of auto tune and of course a lot of money. All though the song didn’t win any awards it still sold 2 million copies in the United States of America. The 4th and final single released was Miss Officer another great song from the album. The song is about Lil Wayne being arrested by a hot female officer. The beats and the lyrics to the song are catchy. Lil Wayne gets Bobby V to sing the catchy chorus. Again the song didn’t win any awards but the song sold 1 million copies in the United States of America for producers for the album. Lil Wayne has got some of the best rap producers in the rap game right now. He has got Birdman,  Head of Cash Money Records and Lil Wayne’s manager he has got David Banner one of the south's biggest producers and biggest rappers. He has got Jim Jonsin one of Florida's best known producers and one of raps most used. He has got Kanye West one of the biggest rappers on the planet. He has got Robin Thicke he is known for producing more RnB type of hits than rap. He has also got rap legend and rap favourite Swizz Beatz. Swizz is a true legend in the rap game. Lil Wayne also has some big guest features on the album. He has Jay Z on the track Mr Carter, he’s got T Pain on the track Got Money, he’s got Babyface on the track Comfortable, he’s got Robin Thicke on the track Tie My Hands, he’s got Bobby V on the track Miss Officer, he’s got D smith on the track Shoot Me Down, he’s got Static Major on the track Lollipop, he’s got Brisco and Busta Rhymes on the track La La, he’s got Betty Wright on the track Playing with Fire, he’s got Juelz Santana and Fabulous on the track You aint got Nuthin. Everything about the album is just brilliant from Wayne’s rhymes to the beats. No other rap album could compare to Tha Carter 3 that year. When you listen to it you can tell he put his heart and soul into the project and you can just tell he wanted to create a classic album and he did just that and the album still makes lil Wayne the best rapper alive. There is still no other rapper who can beat or touch him. Lil Wayne started from the bottom and what I mean by bottom is when Cash Money Records went from a small label to a big well known label. Lil Wayne is living proof that with hard work and dedication you can create a classic and a masterpiece.

Childrens drama

For our college project we have been asked as a class to look at the codes and conventions of a childrens drama. To be precise, we were  asked to look at a certain childrens TV show. For example Tracy Beaker, MI High and The Queen's Nose etc. The one I have chosen is Tracy Beaker. It is a show which was shown on the BBC a few years ago. Tracy Beaker is about a girl called Tracy who is sent back to her childrens home after the woman who has been looking after her falls pregnant with her first child. When you watch the episode you don't know whether it is a boy or a girl and the episode doesn't even hint about the gender. When Tracy gets sent back to the childrens home also known as the 'dumping ground', within the first five minutes of the episode Tracy is already up to no good. Her old room has been taken by a girl called Justine Littlewood. While Tracy is looking around her old room she picks up a clock that Justine's dad has given to her but Tracy does not know this and breaks it by mistake. During the rest of the episode there is tension between Justine and Tracy. When you are watching a programme like Tracy Beaker there are a few things you are never going to see. One of these things is swearing. The reason for this is that it is set in a childrens home and you don't expect children to swear at such a young age. Plus it is before the nine o'clock watershed. Another thing you never see in Tracy Beaker is drug use because when you watch an episode of Tracy Beaker drugs are never mentioned. I think this is because Tracy Beaker is aimed for younger children who are too young to know about drugs and I could see the complaints flooding in. You would never see violence in Tracy Beaker, this is because it is before the watershed. When you watch Tracy Beaker though you might see some slapstick violence but none where they are punching and kicking each other. That would just never happen as parents would complain. There is no sex in Tracy Beaker. The reason for this is that the people at the BBC who make the show are working with child actors under the age of 16 and because they are under age it is illegal. It would be disturbing and the director could get into a lot of trouble. Another reason for the no sex is because when Jacqueline Wilson wrote the books for Tracy Beaker she does not even mention sex once and if the TV show did I can imagine the mass controversy it would cause with the bbc and the rest if the world who are watching the show. When you are doing a show like Tracy Beaker the production team would have to look at what life would be like in a childrens home and how they behave and act with other adults who are looking after them. I can picture the production team interviewing people who have been in and out of childrens homes and asking them what life has been like after leaving the childrens home and getting on with their normal life. Also they may interview some of the parents that had adopted children from the childrens home to get their point of view. With copyright issues people could use false identity and pretend to live the life of Tracy Beaker then have a story in here or other magazines or other tabloid newspapers magazine. They could say that they are the real Tracy Beaker and the stories were based on their real life rather than fiction. Other people could also merchandise goods with the Tracy Beaker name on to make money from the name. There are health and safety issues because they are working with child actors and because the whole series of Tracy Beaker is set in an enclosed home I can imagine that the young actors need a lot of looking after and they probably have a minder on the set. What I mean by minder is someone who watches out for certain actors on set and looking after them asking if they need anything. They would also need to carry on with their education and tutors to teach them. With the characters of Tracy Beaker we have Tracy Beaker as the main character of the show. We also have Justine Littlewood I would say personally that she is the backup main character of the show i.e. like the second main character to Tracy. We also have Michael 'Mike' Milligan he works in the childrens home. When you watch the show you can tell that him and Tracy have a close friendship andIi also think Mike is close witth the other children but has a special bond with Tracy. When you watch the first episode of the series Tracy tries to get Mike to foster her but fails. One of the last main characters to been seen in the show is Camilla 'Cam' Lawson. She is not in the first episode of the series which is the episode of the series that I looked at but later on on the series she plays a big part in Tracy's life and later on fosters Tracy. She also marries a guy called Garry who Tracy hated at first but after a while she got on better with him. Tracy Beaker has now become so popular that they made a film entitled 'Tracy Beaker The Movie of Me'. There are no new episodes of Tracy Beaker being made by the BBC at the present time. There are repeats on the BBC but as of now there is nothing being made to do with Tracy Beaker. I think the BBC should make something new to take the Tracy Beaker time slot after school.
The opening titles for Tracy Beaker are painful on the eyes and ears. The colours of red, green, blue and yellow are very bright. With the title sequence they have a frame shot of the children who star in the show but they are not altogether. What I mean is that they have no frame shot of Tracy Beaker then they will have a frame shot of another child actor who stars in the show and then next to that they add another frame of another child actor who also stars in the show. After that in big letters it says The Story of Tracy Beaker. With the music in the programme it is always very loud. When I watched the episode I was thinking throughout of drum and bass because that is just what it sounded like to me. I think it is there to keep young children watching so that they don’t get bored and want to change the channel. With the episode that I watched when they were dealing with a much more serious issue, the music would be very slow and calm and then after the serious bit of the show the music starts to pick up again to the drum and bass sound that the show is famous for. With the camera angles for the show there are a lot of close ups. They are used in the episodes when they are having a heart to heart with Tracy or if a character is upset or in pain. There are also a lot of midshots in the episode where they have everyone in the camera shot for the whole audience to see. They also use a lot of over the shoulder shots in the show and to be fair to the show, it works quite well. With the editing in the show it is one of the most painful bits of editing I have ever had to sit and watch. In Tracy Beaker with the editing when they are trying to be serious they jump cut into a really annoying animation scene I think they use this tactic to keep the younger children watching. After they use the annoying animation it goes back to live animation until they use the annoying animation jump cut effects again until the episode ends. I do think it works really well for younger viewers but people of my age with more mature tastes would find the TV remote and change the channel.
