Radio Drama

Target Audience?
I think the target audience for this radio drama is for people who love and grew up with the star wars films or people who are a big fan of sci fi movies while hearing the radio drama i think that it wouldnt appeal to children because i thought the drama had adult themes to it.

Characters?

With the characters at the start of the drama the rebels are mentioned but while they were mentioned the narratior had a sinster voice so you know that they are the bad guys. within about 1 minute you hear darth vader another famous bad guy from the films and the emporor is mentioned.

Who are they?
The three people that i mentioned were famous bad guys from the films the Famous jedi obi one is also Mentioned he is on the good side of the jedi force and the others are from the dark side of the force. i think the characters are better in the films while listening to the drama i got really bored of there voices and wanted to watch the films.

Male/ Female?

All of the characters voices i heard were males i listened to five minutes worth of the drama while listening never heard a women speak at all princess lea was not mentionted at all which i thought was strange because in star wars a new hope she was one of the main characters in the film and the series but i think they must have had limited funds for the drama.

What story is about?
the story follows the films plot from episode 4
The film begins with an opening crawl explaining that the galaxy is in a state of civil war and that spies for the Rebel Alliance have stolen plans to the Galactic Empire's Death Star, a heavily armed and armored space station capable of annihilating an entire planet. Rebel leader Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) is in possession of the plans, but her ship is captured by Imperial forces under the command of the evil lord Darth Vader (David Prowse, voiced by James Earl Jones). Before she is captured, Leia hides the plans in the memory of an astromech droid called R2-D2 (Kenny Baker), along with a holographic recording. The small droid flees to the surface of the desert planet Tatooine with fellow protocol droid C-3PO (Anthony Daniels).

Sound Effects?
The Radio drama uses sounds that you would expect from any things that is sci fi you sounds of spaceships flying darth vaders heavy breathing thats a land mark from the films you hear the sound of a lightsaber another famous sound from the films most of the radio drama just used music for its effect when the villians were talking the music was much more sinster and when the good guys were talking the music was much more happy.

How do scenes start? finish?

Most of the scenes start with the star wars theme music then the narrator who has a really deep voice about what is going on in the drama then we he stops talking the scene changes you know the scene changes when the music changes then the narrator starts talking again and thats about it

Does it appeal to me?
While listening to the drama it didnt appeal to me at all but i am a star wars fan i would rather watch the films while listening to the drama i found the whole thing very boring i coudnt picture in my head what was going on but with the films i can sit threre and be amazed about is going on with the story

Elimination Process

      1. Healthy Eating

My first idea to is create a documentary about living a longer life, by eating food that is better for you. I have decided to make a documentary like this because everyone knows that I eat too much junk food. I picked this idea because my family and friends at college are worried about my health and wanted to see the outcome of what might happen to my body and change my behaviour. I plan to start the healthy eating process in two weeks time. before I start filming, I plan to eat a final junk food meal such as a burger Mcdonalds meal.

2. Borat style documentary

My second idea is to do a Borat style documentary which is classed as a mockumentary. The plan was to go around Fareham, Gosport, Rowner, Portsmouth, Southampton and put myself in dangerous places and see the outcome. Knowing my luck I would end up in hospital because I would get myself beaten up. For this idea I looked at Borat, Bruno and Ali G and at comedy hero Sacha Baron Cohen. He is best known for his controversial works for always bringing out the bad in people. He has been sued countless times by various people because he filmed them without their permission.

3. Human trafficking

My third and final idea for my final major project was Human Trafficking, I plan to look into why do people do it and why does it still happen in today. I think this is a good back up plan if the other ones fall through but the healthy eating idea is going really well.

4. My fourth idea was to do a day in the life of Asda supermarket. I thought of this idea because I work at Asda. The idea was to follow me around work and see how I work under pressure. However, I thought that this was a really bad idea because it would be boring to do and watch. Therefore, I rejected this idea.

5. Idea 5 was me doing a documentary about alcohol but again I thought that would be really boring because the subject has been done so many times. It could be really boring to watch about how it affects peoples lives.

6. My sixth idea was to do with drug use. Again this idea is another done to death documentary about how it affects peoples lives. I wanted to do something out of the box and not the usual documentaries that you see on the BBC all the time.

Wreck-It Ralph Kanye West

November 14, 2004Nominated for Best New Artist at the American Music Awards for his debut album, The College Dropout, West is outraged when he loses to country star Gretchen Wilson. He tells reporters backstage, "I felt like I was definitely robbed, and I refuse to give any politically correct bulls--- ass comment. I was the Best New Artist this year." Later, he apologizes to Wilson: "I was raised better than that. It was very ignorant."

July 2, 2005
During the Live 8 benefit concert, West shocks the crowd when he says that AIDS is a "man-made disease" that was "placed in Africa just like crack was placed in the black community to break up the Black Panthers."

September 2, 2005
During a televised benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina relief, West speaks alongside Mike Myers, stunning the actor by going off script. "George Bush doesn't care about black people," West ad-libs, a statement that the former president later calls the worst moment of his presidency.

December 6, 2005
Leading up to the Grammy Awards, West begins complaining that because of his comment about President Bush, he will likely be out of contention for Album of the Year. "If I don't win Album of the Year, I'm gonna have a problem with that," he says. He then begins comparing himself to Tom Cruise, questions the legitimacy of music magazines The Source and Vibe (because they didn't give his album five stars), and says he's not going to apologize for producing what he calls a "classic" record.

November 3, 2006
When West loses the Best Hip-Hop artist trophy for his music video "Touch the Sky" at the MTV Europe Music Awards, he storms the stage and commands the microphone: "My video cost a million dollars. Pamela Anderson was in it. I was jumping across canyons and shit." Because of the loss, he says, "the awards show loses credibility." Later, when asked to explain his rant, he tells MTV that he "had a little sippy sippy during the show" and was slightly intoxicated.

September 9, 2007
Annoyed that Britney Spears was chosen to open the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards instead of him, West expresses his frustration: "I can't believe she would perform. She hasn't had a hit record in years." After his performance is relegated to a Las Vegas suite instead of the VMA main stage, he's filmed backstage complaining. "Give a black man a chance. They don't want a fuckin' black man in that position." He vows he will "never return to MTV."

May 2, 2008
In a review for his 2008 Glow in the Dark concert tour, Entertainment Weekly gives West a B+ grade. Outraged, West embarks on an expletive-ridden tirade on his blog, culminating with, "Never come 2 one of my shows ever again. You're not invited and if you see me…BOW!!!"

April 8, 2009
In a South Park episode titled "Fish Sticks," a character writes a joke that sweeps the nation — and a fictional Kanye West is the only person who doesn't get it. Skewering the rapper's reputation for having an inflated ego, the show portrays West as violently frustrated when everyone laughs at a joke that he doesn't understand. After the episode airs, West takes to his blog, writing, "South Park murdered me last night and it's pretty damn funny. It hurst my feelings but what can you expect from South Park!"

September 13, 2009
At the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, West storms the stage during Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video, an award he claims should have gone to Beyonce's "Single Ladies." Swift is visibly shaken up when West takes the microphone from her, saying "I'mma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time." The outrage surrounding the move — even President Obama called West a "jackass" — causes West to embark on a mea culpa tour.

November 11, 2010
The rapper appears on Today to talk with Matt Lauer about, among other things, his reaction to President Bush calling his Katrina comment the worst moment of his presidency, as well the VMA incident with Taylor Swift. West becomes agitated with Lauer when a clip from the VMAs begins playing while he's speaking, tweeting after the taping, "Yo I really wonder if Matt Lauer thought that shit was cool to play the MTV clip when I was speaking about Bush?" He cancels his musical performance on the show after the fallout from the interview.

February 23, 2011
West finds himself under fire after he publishes a crass late-night tweet about women who have abortions. "An abortion can cost a ballin' n***a up to 50gs maybe a 100. Gold diggin' bitches be getting pregnant on purpose. #STRAPUP my n***as!"

August 7, 2011
During a performance at England's Big Chill Festival, West likens himself to Hitler. "I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I'm... insane, like I'm Hitler," he says. "One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did." The rant, says James C. McKinley, Jr. at The New York Times, was "narrowly focused" on West's favorite subject: "His own greatness and his view that no one understands him."

Jamie oliver

Controversy?
In 2005, Oliver was widely criticised by animal rights groups for slaughtering a fully conscious lamb on his TV show, while PETA praised Oliver for showing the killing uncensored, claiming that it highlighted problems with the methods used within slaughterhouses for viewers at home.[ PETA spokesman Sean Gifford said that it "could turn the more diehard carnivore into a vegetarian". British TV regulator Ofcom reported they had seven complaints from the public.[39]
Oliver has been known for his comments about other chefs and has spoken out against Marco Pierre White, who has been critical of Oliver in the past, and the notorious swearing of Gordon Ramsay.
In 2005, Oliver embarked upon his school dinners campaign to improve the quality of food fed to pupils. While the campaign was arguably successful, at the time it was a highly controversial shake-up for students and parents, some of whom believed that the students should have a healthy option available, but still be given the choice as to what they want to eat. In September 2006, Rawmarsh Community School, South Yorkshire, made headlines after a handful of parents revolted against Oliver's lunch plan (in which all 1,100 pupils on site were fed two portions of fruit and three vegetables every day) by delivering junk food from local shops to the pupils through the school fence. One parent dismissed Oliver's food as "disgusting rubbish" and declared, "Food is cheaper and better at the local takeaways".
In 2011, Oliver, an advocate of cooking meals from scratch and using local produce, caused controversy after it turned out the sauces used in Jamie's Italian in Glasgow were from an industrial park almost 400 miles away in Bicester. That same year, Oliver came under fire for lack of food safety protections in his restaurants and illnesses associated with under-cooking mince meat that may have been contaminated with E. coli.
Oliver and Gordon Ramsay are spokeschefs for the "Big Fish Fight", which campaigns for sustainable seafood, but were criticised for their use of endangered fish.
